Sealed applications addressed to the undersigned in the prescribed form (available for downloading at University website www.wbnsou.com) are invited from competent printers for printing study materials and executing other printing jobs of Netaji Subhas Open University according to the specifications of the University and at rates fixed by the University. The last date of submitting applications at the office of the undersigned from 11 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday through Friday along with a processing fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable only by Demand Draft made out in favour of Netaji Subhas Open University and payable at Kolkata is 25.07.2008. Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Netaji Subhas Open University retains the sole authority of rejecting any or all applications without assigning any reason whatever.
